Speed Painting (en)

Speed painting is a kind of pictorial art appeared in 1990-s. Creating of a single piece of work (picture) is limited within this concept by a certain short period of time: from 30 minutes to an hour.

 

Nowadays they also call Speed Painting the video recorded process of creating a digital drawing, speeded up in such a way that the whole procedure is shown in a 2-5 minutes video. One of these digital painters who has established this concept is Nico Di Mattia who has always called his works nothing short of Speed Painting, giving the new meaning to the expression.
